Julie Case is a cloud expert with over 20 years of experience in managing IT operations, client services and professional services. She currently leads global operations initiatives at a cloud service provider in Silicon Valley. During her career, Julie has helped to scale three companies from startup through IPO, which required developing operations, client and professional services teams from infancy to maturity. She has previously worked at Yodlee, Inc., Responsys (purchased by Oracle in 2014), Extensity, Inc. and Scopus Technology. She has deep experience in business process optimization to streamline operational efficiency by reducing redundancy and increasing productivity. She advocates on behalf of her customers by improving the overall customer experience, reducing response and resolution times to meet and exceed thresholds in a 24x7x365 global operation. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree from Colorado Technical University.
