Ujjal is CEO of Preact, which provides the complete picture of customer health through data science and machine learning algorithms. He previously co-founded and was CEO of Meru Networks (MERU:Nasdaq) and Rhythm NewMedia (acquired by blnx:LON). Ujjal served as EVP Sales and Marketing for AirTouch Cellular, a mobile operator with $4Bn+ in revenue. AirTouch merged into Vodafone for over $60Bn. At AirTouch, Ujjal led large teams responsible for customer retention/upsell and came away from that experience as a passionate proponent of excellence in Customer Success. Ujjal's career also includes a stint in management consulting at McKinsey. He started his career as an engineer at Intel working on CAD tools for semiconductor design. Ujjal holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Delhi, an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
